Welcome to Central and South Sussex Citizens Advice

Can you help us to shape our service for the future? We’d like to hear what you know about our service, how you’d prefer to access our support and advice, and whether you might be interested to volunteer for us. Please could you fill in a short online survey – it only takes a minute to complete – and if you could share it with your friends and family, that would be much appreciated. All answers are anonymous!

Please click here to complete the survey – and thank you for helping us!

Please click here for our latest news. You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter to find out more about our service.

We offer free, independent advice to everybody, whoever you are, whatever the problem.

We have offices in Worthing, Shoreham, Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, as well as several outreaches. Please click here for locations and opening hours.

Could you volunteer to help your local community? We welcome new volunteers in all our centres, but we particularly need new volunteers in our advice and reception teams in Crawley, Shoreham-by-Sea and Worthing. To find out more, please click here.

We are a registered charity and we work in partnership with different organisations to provide services for local people. You can now call into any Citizens Advice to find out about Pension Wise. Pension Wise is a free, impartial service that lets you understand your new pension options. For more information, please visit https://www.gov.uk/pensionwise or call 030 0330 1001 (8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday) – or visit your local Citizens Advice to find out more.

For advice in the Arun and Chichester area contact Citizens Advice Arun and Chichester.

Central and South Sussex Citizens Advice is a registered charity providing free, independent, impartial, confidential advice, to help people resolve their legal, money and other problems. We also influence policymakers to change policies and practices.
